Requirements
Little Unicorn Preschool offers full day programmes, open to all children of ages 2 months – 6 years.
- Infant – 2 months to 17 months
- Playgroup – 18 months to 29 months
- Nursery 1 – 30 months to 3 years+
- Nursery 2 – Child turns 4 that calendar year
- Kindergarten 1 – Child turns 5 that calendar year
- Kindergarten 2 – Child turns 6 that calendar year
Admission
Criteria
Admission is conditional on the availability of places and will be on a first-come first-served basis. Within these general criteria, priority is given to siblings of current students. When the capacity of each class is reached, children will be placed on a waiting list.
Trial Period
Children are allowed two weeks to try out the programme. If parents withdraw a child during this period, a pro-rated fee of the programme will be charged, and the deposit will be returned. The two weeks include public holidays and weekends. After the two weeks, there will be no refund unless at least a one calendar month’s notice is given.
Application
Process
- Child’s Birth Certificate / Child’s certificate of citizenship (if applicable)
- Child’s entry permit / re-entry permit / passport (If applicable)
- Custody document / divorce paper / death certificate (If applicable)
- Medical Record Book of the child to verify birth order
- One recent photograph of the child
- Parents’ Identity card / Citizenship certificates / re-entry permit
- Parents’ certified letter of employment. For a mother or single father who is self employed, a statutory declaration is required
- Medical Consent and Health Information Form
